But to truly understand this, you need to get to know her and connect the facts from her personal life and the agency’s CV, which she has successfully led for 17 years, with the emotion that captivates you from the first meeting. She has consistently raised communication standards with her team, winning awards such as the IPRA Golden Award for Excellence. She organizes the most complex events and projects with incredible ease and calm. Bojana makes things happen, a true good fairy who always finds a way! For her years of dedication to excellence in communications, backed by unquestionable human integrity, the Woman.Comm jury proudly awarded Bojana Stanković this year’s Woman.Comm Special Star of the Year award,” explained Una Bejtović, Director of Bejtović Communications and President of this year’s jury.
Award winner and ambassador of the Woman.Comm Club in Serbia, Bojana Stanković, expressed her gratitude for the recognition and spoke about the club’s importance and mission.
“Both awards mean a great deal to me! As I have already had the opportunity to emphasize, there is no greater honour than receiving an award when you haven’t applied for it yourself, but others, in this case, colleagues from the entire region, have nominated you and assessed that you are truly worthy of wearing ‘that ribbon’ on behalf of all of them.
These awards are a great recognition for my many years of work and for my entire team. First and foremost, Woman of the Year—Agency Star, because today, as we are on the brink of the agency’s adulthood, it is a confirmation that we are doing a good job, and we are doing it well.
As its name suggests, the Woman of the Year—Special Star award is something special. I’m sure I will have much more to share about it after I return from Paris, where I will be attending the Women’s Forum, thanks to the Publicis Groupe Adriatic award. However, I am extremely proud to represent the Woman.Comm community there next year.
They are also the motivation that will guide me further in my desire to justify the trust of the great women in the communications industry who have honoured me and entrusted me with the great responsibility of continuing to inspire and motivate my female colleagues, as well as male colleagues, across the region,” Bojana stated on this occasion.
